PP-PE Recycle Pellet

1. Conveyor & Granulator : conveyor the waste PP Or PE material to granulator (crusher) to cut waste small pc material.

2. Plastic mixer: This plastic mixer drys and mixes the small waste PP /PE material.

3. Screw conveyor: After the waste material dry, the screw conveyor will load to extruder.

4. Main Extruder: The extruder will make the waste material as spaghetti.

5. Sub-Extruder: The Sub extruder will keep working the waste material to spaghetti.

6. Water tunnel: The waste material after extruder by spaghetti into this water tank to cool the waste material.

7.Water wind mill: to keep the waste material at good cooling sharp

8.Pellet cutting machine: to cut the waste material from spaghetti to pellet.

9. Granule collecting storage tank.
